Provides strategic planning, oversight and coordination for all Caps & Closures Plant operations activities. Ensures the safe, incident-free, reliable operations of the plant. Sponsors all Management System requirements applicable to the Caps & Closures lines (Operational Excellence System (OES), and ISO) at the PCC plant site located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Sponsors compliance assurance efforts for all Management Systems. Ensures all strategic plans (staffing, expense, and capital) are aligned with PCC Business goals and objectives. Coordinates closely with the Business team to efficiently manage product development, capital programs, production plans and customer requirements.
المهارات
Must have experience operating or supporting plastic IMBM conversion plants (Caps and Closures, Medical, Pharmaceutical, etc.)) and product development activities in IMBM plants. Must have 10+ years of supervisory experience in Plant Operations.
Must have experience with Plant processes for safety, quality, laboratories, operations, maintenance, distribution, budgeting, training, and planning. Middle East operational experience is a plus but not mandatory.
