3. JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for IT services to ingenia users in KSA and UAE. Implement and ensure compliance with IT policy at KSA plant and UAE. Manage service partners in KSA and UAE. Manage and monitor basic IT services and security such as network availability, desktop/laptop maintenance, OS installation, Printers, Scanners, E-mail, SAP application access, Avaya communication system, internet access, desktop applications, connectivity and technical infrastructure for manufacturing process software (GE Cimplicity), Access control and security cameras, backup and recovery of critical systems, connectivity to Ingenia wide WAN. Responsibility includes Maintenance and inventory of all IT assets (including software licenses), SLA compliance to end users and monitoring of external service providers.
5. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
IT services to users
Act as a first point of contact for all IT users in the region. Manage IT services such as E-mail, Network availability, Security, local data archiving etc. Manage and monitor local IT budget. Manage all IT assets in the region
Implement IT policy
Roll out of end user IT policy. This policy covers use of all company IT assets and use of personal devices on company premises
Manage IT Services Partners
Manage IT services partners such as ISP, equipment suppliers

8. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
· Engineering degree (Com science / IT / Telecom)
· Service Level management exposure (ITIL)
· Certifications or proven competence handling network security
· Relevant certifications and experience handling equipment from CISCO, Juniper, Avaya
· Well versed with Microsoft Windows servers
· Prior experience handling SAP support is desirable, though not necessary
· 8-12 years of hands on relevant experience including managing a location independently
