Role Purpose: Managing and directing the activities of all plant operation that include production, manufacturing and maintenance. He is responsible for ensuring proper resources utilization. Also, being able to ensure implementing quality, health, safety and environment rules and regulations according to company code. However, drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. Key Accountabilities: Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations and ensure compliance to industry best practices.
Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs, maintaining quality
standards and eliminating unnecessary processes.
Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage, train and develop plant staff.
Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
Commit to plant safety procedures.
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.
Influence and learn from below.
Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
المهارات
Qualifications:
B.S
Civil/ Mechanical Engineering
Certification in Production, Construction industry - ACI -NRMCA
Experience:
Supervisory Role in Operation of Concrete/ Blocks
5 to 10 years in Readymix industry
Personnel Skills: Task Oriented & quick decision Making

▪ Decision maker Professional Skills:
Fluency in Arabic & English language
Proven work experience as a plant
manager in ready mix industry.
Adequate knowledge of business
management principles (budgeting,
strategic planning, resources allocation &
human resources).
Quantity calculations.
Being knowledgeable of safety, quality,
productivity, demand creation, inventory
and stewardship processes.
Ability to create accountability and lead
by example.
Strong team building, decision-making
and people management skills.
Basic knowledge of plant design,
operation system (PLC) and maintenance.
