Quality/Lab Leader - Manufacturing

الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for a quality leader to achieve defined expectations from Lab Department. The main responsibilities will be to achieve overall technical operation of the lab department and investigating customers complaint as well as managing the test methods and work instructions used for quality control referred to in the specifications. The quality leader will be responsible to train his team, handle and close all the department’s related incident reports, and ensure safety and accuracy of lab equipment’s.  1- Must be from Plastic industries as a start. (this is general/Main)
2- Should have compounding, master batches, additives, etc.. experience.
3- Saudi local industries experience is preferred. To be aware of the local systems and regulations.
4- ISO certified and experience is a must.
5- Track record of achievement in the field of lab and quality management. Example, startup company experience, building systems and procedures, hands-on…

1. Must have technical background
2. Good command of English Language
3. Proficiency in computer (MS Office, Windows)
4. Great communications, leadership, administrative skills
5. Should have very good knowledge of common Polymers and Hydrocarbons
6. Should have knowledge of Hydrocarbons and/or Polymer manufacturing plants
