Responsible for supervising and monitoring daily activities of the housekeepers
implementation Quality Service, Customer service and follows the policies and procedures of
Operation and Maintenance, Quality Health, Safety, Security and Environment and Fire and
Safety plans of the business continuity and programs related to tenants satisfactions to
ensure quality services in cleaning of the facilities and to monitor the personal protective
equipment of staff while working in the area.
