Job Description and Requirements -Allocate resources, set and define priorities for Analytical Science & Technology area work schedule. -Generates sound analytical data and interpretation for complex systems. -Follow the Sadara approved procedures and practices related to operation, maintenance, and calibration of the lab instruments. -Analyze and consolidate analytical information with focus on data interpretation. -Develop and maintain capital plan that identifies analytical equipment needs. -Define and provide technical solutions through the use of advanced analytical instrumentation, chemistry and product/process knowledge. -Provide expertise in operation and data interpretation of sophisticated analytical technologies such as Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), Hyphenated -Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS, LC-MS), Ion Chromatograph, Attenuated Fourier Transfer Infra-red (ATR), Cast Film Analyzers, X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). -Develop and validate advanced analytical methods, and manage multi-disciplinary analytical projects. -Keep abreast of developments in areas related to analytical technology, identify, and implement new technology to be utilized by Sadara. -Ensure the accuracy of lab deliverables and timely analytical results as per Service Level Agreement. -Establish a network with other technical personnel to be aware of relevant analytical and process technologies and leverage technical solutions. -Participate with Process / Engineering to identify areas of needed specialized analysis. -Perform as a super-user for all the Laboratory automation systems including LIMS, Chromatography Data System (CDS), and SAP-Quality Operation Management.
