Job Description and Requirements
Perform activities related to managing the lifecycle of Innovation initiatives – from ideation and initiation, to execution and completion; based on the Innovation Strategy and as directed by the Innovation and Communication Manager.
Work with Business Partners and representatives from Manufacturing or Supporting functions, and engage with other relevant stakeholders, to identify innovation opportunities and validate the business value.
Work with IT divisions and engage with their partners and vendors, to identify innovation opportunities or improvement actions supporting the IT Services
Execute collaborative activities where subject matter experts realise create and implement ideas and adopt new technology enabling the Businesses to support new products or services.
Manage the development and/or update new/changed IT services or capabilities to support the Business.
Execute new or changed IT technology initiatives providing technology led competitive advantage through the implementation of new solutions for the Business.
Align with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external to IT, in the performance of Innovation activities.
Create and support Business Cases for Innovative IT Solutions or ideas driven by Business Case.
Execute the IT Innovation portfolio management and funnel process.
Develop and/or maintain an Innovation initiative tracker, tracking progress, stakeholder engagement and communication
Champion IT technology offerings from the IT market to ensure delivery IT capabilities required by the Business.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology.
Certifications:
ITIL V3 Foundation
Experience:
5 years.
