Job Description and Requirements -Participate in all requirements gathering sessions with business proponents. -Conducts business process analyses, understand business requirements and Identify and evaluate alternative solutions. -Develops functional specifications that are provided to developers and other technical contributors to guide programming and other technical tasks. -Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy. -Reviews system test plans and results of system integration testing before initiating user acceptance testing. -Work with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing. -Work with the QA team to ensure testing of solutions is thorough and appropriate, and all requirements are met. -Provide level-3 production support for systems within the domain of expertise. -Fully understand integration of his/her respective module with other SAP modules and the financial impacts within modules -Should be able to work with the technical team on various RICEFW objects and prepare detailed functional specification documents. -Evaluate situations and identify viable solutions with the clear expectation that create successful outcome. -Assist the functional leads and other IT organizations in the assessment of estimates and solutions proposed by Business Partners and other third parties. Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS) or a closely related discipline. Years of Experience: 8 |
