BISCAT Catering & Housing Services is seeking a full time Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Points:
1. Candidate must hold a Bachelor degree in advertising of marketing and related field.
2. Age range should be 30 to 40 years old.
3. Excellent communication skills with customers.
4. Motivational and dynamic towards achieving goals.
5. Have a good knowledge and experience in Catering, Banqueting and Facility Management.
6. Generate new ideas and keep a close eye on market trends and development
7. Transferable Iqama will be a plus.
8. Minimum experience in same field should be 5-8 years.
Recurring Duties:
a. To conduct extensive market research and competitor mapping activities leading to future strategies; identification of opportunities related to hospitality & allied services & thereafter their conversion into contracts.
b. Will contribute extensively towards devising the complete Annual Marketing and Business plan & achieve the objectives set for sales volume, market share.
c. Will be responsible for preparing costing, P&L;/ proposals, presentation for the new projects and timely submission of proposals in response to tenders / client enquiries
d. Will coordinate with management to prepare Service agreements for all new businesses
e. Will be responsible for preparing and timely submission of MIS reports to the Management.
f. Will assist the Operations Managers during mobilization of all new business projects and units and hand hold them for at least one week till everything is in streamlined.
g. Responsible for the implementation & follow up of best practices in the industry and for the successful completion of ISO standards as per the requirement of the company.
h. In addition to above, you will be required to brief & update the GM on all Sales & Marketing, Business Development activities on weekly basis and carry-out any other assignment, given from time to time by the GM/ Management
