الوصف الوظيفي
• All customs related activities (Submitting Documents, clearing shipments, Arabic letters)
• Follow up with Clearing agent for the delivery of each shipment.
• Making in excel sheet for all the shipment which submitting to clearing agents in Purchasing sharing folder by daily basis
• Filing all shipping documents copies in separate file & maintain the files.
• Follow up and closing for all the undertaking letters which we issued to customs.
• PO’s uploading in the SAP and filing in proper manner for future reference.
• Initiating advance payment request and follow up with accounts for advance payment after receiving the request from the concerned purchase engineer or officer.
• PO Status update in Excel Sheet.
• Preparing Arabic contracts with ATS vendors
• Supplier invoices processing for payments (SES, Signatures from the concern dept ,submission of invoices)
المهارات
• Knowledge of computer and word processing/database/spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work and make decisions without intense supervision.
