1. Assisting users to identify and correct hardware and software problems.
2. Assisting in the installation of hardware updates upgrades or fixes.
3. Retrieval of equipment for maintenance/repair and delivery of new/repaired equipment.
4. Participation in hardware/software rollout.
5. Performance of any related tasks.
6. Perform technical study & recommendation report.
7. Adhere to ITIL service management process & service level agreement .
8. Transfer of related knowledge /skills to staff.
المهارات
1. Three (3) years Diploma in IT Topics with at least five (5) years’ experience in support field, or Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, or higher.
2. Capable of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers in the assets inventory.
3. Skilled in remotely installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers.
4. Skilled at installing and troubleshooting desktop PC operating systems (e.g. Windows XP/vista/win7/win8), network client software, peripherals with software, drivers, and office applications such as Microsoft Office, etc.
5. MCSA (Windows 7) Certified.
6. Experience with mobile device software troubleshooting (iOS, Android, Windows Phone).
7. Knowledge in WAN/LAN troubleshooting.
8. Experience with image deployment in an enterprise environment.
9. Having a good level of communication skills.
10. Having a valid Saudi driver’s license.
