Job title: Oil Field Chemicals Formulation Expert

-Requirement: Candidate should be aware of formulation/ recipe to make oil field specialty chemicals

-Job Location: Jubail - Saudi Arabia

-Employment Status: Full Time

-Company Type: Petrochemicals and downstream complex

-Years of Experience: 8-12 years

Key responsibilities:

-Ensure the correct formulation for oil field chemicals products to meet the customer requirements

-Advise the plant operators the batch time, heating and cooling and any other requirement to manufacture a specific chemical

-Coordinate with the business planning department for the availability of all the feedstock/ raw material requirements

-Constantly monitor the inventory of raw materials and products at the facility

-Works closely with clients while effectively delivering on spec products

-Responsible for the plant smooth production operation

-Knowledge of customer services demand in the oil field companies

-Develop the operating procedures for Oil Field Chemicals plant

-Perform other related duties assigned

-Performs the duties required in the Preventative Maintenance program and ensure that all maintenance needed is carried out and the equipment is ready to do the next batch of chemicals

Qualifications/ Requirement:

-Engineering degree or MSc. Chemistry

-Sound knowledge of oil field chemicals formulation/ technology

-8-12 years of relevant experience

-Experience in working versatile skills during the oil field project engineering, construction and commissioning.
