الوصف الوظيفي

Coordination with external audits for Saudi statutory financial statements and special purpose US GAAP financial statements.Preparation of quarterly US GAAP reconciliation.Controlling the transition of Saudi GAAP to IFRS and ensure full compliance of the Auditors and Corporate Finance requirements.Managing and ensuring financial and accounting aspects of mega projects including compliance of financial aspects per agreement, issuance of invoices for shared project.preparation of budget requirements, cash flow forecasts, financial reporting, true-up and allocation workings for shared nature mega projects, liaison/coordination with mega project team/Corporate, Treasury/Vendors/other parties, understanding their requirements and providing the data/information requested, preparation/update of authority schedule.Monitoring financial objectives and Financial Data Quality aspects for their compliance and resolve deviations.Managing and reviewing the monthly financial and management reports and analyzing the financial statements.
المهارات

Strong analytical and problem-solving,Preferred to be SAP oriented abilities,Microsoft excel use,Delegation skills,Good Communication.Interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, leadership skills. Degree :- BS Degree in Accounting Finance. Minimum Experience :- 4-5 Years
