a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in construction, three (3) years of which must have been as a safety representative on construction sites within the MENA region. The candidate shall be fluent in spoken English. The candidate after contract award must pass an ES&H;Officer competency test with a minimum pass mark of 60%. The candidate after contract award will be subject to a personal interview with RC Construction (ES&H;) Department for evaluation prior to confirmation and approval
