Job Description:
- Plan & manage effective operations of the purchasing (local & international), warehousing and internal (regional) delivery services.
- Manage ongoing supplier relations & introduce new suppliers - maintaining optimum quality/cost relationship and appropriate delivery schedules.
- Support Relationship Management team to negotiate deals with customers.
- Assist in development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospects and the competitors movements on the same.
- Create and conduct proposal presentations to the clients and assist sales executive in preparation of the same.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Computer and IT fields.
- Experience of purchasing operations within KSA.
- Excellent understanding of Customer and Market Dynamics.
- Good Computer Skills, familiarity with Office suits.
- Understanding of customer needs and specifications.
- Good Communication & Presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to analyze and write reports.
- Speak and write English fluently.
