HSE Site Manager for Multinational Gas co in KSA

HSE Site Manager for Multinational Gas co in KSA with 10 years Experience in the same field - Responsible to lead a team of hourly safety team members: Safety Specialist, Safety Coordinators, Onsite first aid Associates.
-Communicate HSE policy, standards and expectations throughout the organization and business partners.
-Create and execute leadership development plans for their Safety Associates on their team.
-Conduct weekly & monthly HSE staff meeting to discuss all problems and find suitable solution for it.
-Monitor field personnel and activities regarding HSE issues; communicate effectively with field and office-based HSE personnel, Operations, Projects and Contract staff.
-Develop the annual HSE plans for organization and conduct periodic analysis and audits to determine adherence to the plan.
-Manage construction personnel in identifying hazards and in planning and organizing the job such that a safe working environment is maintained.
-Ensure HSE safety inductions are undertaken in accordance with location SMS requirements for all new employees of the company and its subcontractors.
-Conduct regular audits/ inspection of all safety, lifesaving, emergency equipment, materials, fire protection/prevention equipment of sites operating sites to ensure adherence to safety standards and code of practice.
