الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for a competent Support Services Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of support services department,and developing new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their department’s processes. المهارات Location: Jeddah. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in business management or any relates. Nationality: Saudi National Only. Requirement: Experience 10 + years. Managing the day-to-day operations of an organization in accordance with its mission, goals, policies, and procedures Manage and Deliver In-Services Support contracts within the expected schedule, quality, and cost. Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts. Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained. Strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of financial analytics and legal agreements. In-depth knowledge of the company’s core industry, policies, procedures and objectives. Preferably experienced in (Microsoft office, sourcing knowledge). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Reporting Skills. Leadership and management skills Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
