Your mission:

You will be at the forefront of driving the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s innovative business applications.
Your strategic vision will rally a team of developers, analysts, and IT professionals, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project completion.
Your expertise will centre on implementing and supporting viral ERP systems, such as Oracle HCM and Oracle SCM while taking charge of offshore/onshore asset management.
Your leadership will be instrumental in propelling the application team forward.
You would be engaging with key stakeholders at various levels and functions, ability to collaborate, influence and drive the key agenda forward is important for the role.

المهارات
Essential requirements:

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in system implementation.
Experience in developing and managing an ERP system
Experience in hands-on project management and organizational change
Crafting and managing ERP systems and Oracle HCM.
A degree in IT or a related field is essential to comprehend the intricacies of our digital landscape. Your hands-on experience in project management, organizational change, and ERP system management.
Experience in a Startup/transformation in large complex organization would be of critical importance to make the shortlist.
The role is under the purview of Saudization.
