Test new features ensure they meet the expected functionality. 5. Report any bugs and ensure they are resolved. 6. Update internal departments if any new features have been added or bugs have been fixed. 7. Document any type of request or bug in the system. 8. Provide technical assistance to end-users (customers and internal) 9. Handle technical requests, feedback, and complaints from customers. 10. Arrange and schedule internal and external meetings to get user feedback, requests, and complaints. 11. Document all communication between parties in an organized fashion.
