Revise data categories every day (daily report to Call center manager)
Identify the area of interest through the data, whether it’s the big picture or department specific.
Collect data via surveys generated reports, Motory, tracking visitor statistics on a business’s website, and complete datasets from data specialists.
Sort information within a spreadsheet or software, ensuring all information is accurate and clearly displayed.
Stick with the KPIs.
Analyze common trends, patterns of interest, or insightful tidbits that will help shine a light on areas of success and failure.
Present the info into graphs, diagrams, or a written report.
Revised Motory Data & send it to outbound team after coordinating with call center manager.
Doing the daily check and operate for (MCI Dashboard) & coordinate with the other departments.
Follow up CRM (customer relations management) cases (complaints, Inquiries, Leads) with other departments.
المهارات
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant
Experience: 3 Years experience in CRM Analyst, data management or data analysis
Time management
Advanced English level (listening, speaking, writing)
Advanced Excel user
Advanced PowerPoint user
Excellent in terms of the products (cars, service, spare parts)
