Manage procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and delivery

Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize our supply chain process, including the use of e-

commerce systems

Monitoring updates regarding world standard shipping practices and regulations and their implementation in international procurement operations.

- Analyzing data from shipping and delivery operations to identify bottlenecks and other issues.

- Monitoring logistics services to ensure smooth operations and resolving supply chain problems if they arise

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stockouts

Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods

Analyze and forecast market trends and provide insights on the supply chain process to senior management

Monitor and track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
Knowledge of the full supply chain process, including e-commerce systems, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and delivery
Familiarity with the international and local market and suppliers
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
