Manage the sales team and ensure the achievement of sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies that optimize revenue generation, including the use of e-commerce systems
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and develop new business opportunities
Analyze market trends and identify potential sales opportunities
Prepare sales reports and provide insights on sales performance to senior management
Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing strategies that support sales objectives
Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the veterinary industry, including equine medicine and equipment, large animal medicine and feed and supplements, and house pet care
Knowledge of the full sales process, including e-commerce systems, the international and local market and suppliers
Proven track record of sales success, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
