Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Prepare Weekly, monthly, Quarterly Sales Reports which showing the sales teams revenues, Collections, target achievement percentage, challenges, Market feedback and performance of each sale representative
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Implement a sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Support sales team during their visits with key customers.
Generate business with current main customers.
Communicate with current customers in order to monitor the customer satisfaction.
To Negotiate the contracts with end users.
Feedback the market needs, Competitors prices, products, Promotions, …etc
To monitor the stock levels in Riyadh & Khobar Stores
Targets:
Increase ICSCO sales for 2022 4th Quarter to be not less than 10 million
Increase WEWCO sales 2022 4th Quarter to be not less than 3 million with margin not less than 50% (Without ICSCO Material)
Increase KFC sales 2022 4th Quarter to be not less than 5 million (Plants, Steel Fabrication, Filter Cartridge)
Qualify KIC in at least 4 projects for Redsea, Neom, Qiddiah, Roshen, Modon ..... etc before end of 2022
Authorities:
Approve the monthly expenses for sales representative.
Approve Quotation and its validity, payment terms before submit ion.
Approve the credit facility requests before submitting it to top management for approval.
Approve proposal requests before submitting it to proposal department
Approve the purchase requests before submitting to BU Director.
Approve Material Transfer requests to Riyadh & Khobar Stores.
Approve discount requests from Sales Team.
المهارات
Qualification:
15 years of experience in spare parts, chemicals, Water treatment sales in Saudi Arabia
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical Engineering
Fluent in English --- Speaking, Listening & Writing
Microsoft Office skills
Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
Ability to implement the ‘customer first’ approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
