This position main purpose is to Build and execute Nahdi digital communication and content strategy for all Nahdi digital touch points and businesses. Drive and analyze quality traffic to the online platforms and ensure the best noncommercial content is delivered to our Guests and Patients in pharmacies and clinics.
Description for Internal Candidates
This position main purpose is to Build and execute Nahdi digital communication and content strategy for all Nahdi digital touch points and businesses. Drive and analyze quality traffic to the online platforms and ensure the best noncommercial content is delivered to our Guests and Patients in pharmacies and clinics.
Accountabilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Build and execute online presence strategy, including digital marketing, content, user experience, analytics and communication through the cooperation with internal stakeholders in order to set clear digital marketing direction and to deliver required Omnichannel results.
Manage the implementation of the Omnichannel marketing strategy through the alignment with the internal stakeholders and creating and utilizing project management tools to ensure successful delivery.
E-commerce Marketing Operations:
Manage the content on different levels of online communication, including corporate website, online platforms, mobile applications and social media content through gathering the inputs from the Content Management Team, designing the calendar and launching it to ensure the alignment of the communication with the Marketing strategy.
Manage the operations with the external agencies including determining the scope of work and the delivery guidelines to ensure the compliance of the implementation as per the agreements.
Review the digital marketing performance reports and analysis in order to ensure the best communication channels optimization and utilization.
Manage specific initiatives and campaigns as required from the different departments
Manage SEO (search engine optimization) /SEM (search engine marketing)/Display and other digital marketing activities in order to optimize the channels and ensure proper planning & budgeting.
Agency management and procurement regarding Media and channel spend
Report of marketing performance and ROI to leadership through the analysis of the expenditures vs the revenues and proper tracking to ensure the target achievement.
Track and update the customer journey across channels and reducing interaction silos through analytics in order to maintain the customer database.
Manage the online consumer segmentation and personalized communications through the Nahdi platforms and external channels to ensure best consumer experience and to optimize conversions.
Department management:
Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching…etc. to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.
Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Working Days : 5 Working Days
Days off : 2 Days Off
Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
Job Requirement
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
6-8 Years of relevant business experience
Including 5 Years of Experience in ecommerce and/or online marketing for retail company
Knowledge of Digital Marketing Landscapes and Trends
