Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities and increase company’s reach
Identify and develop strategic business relationships with potential customers or partners in private & public sectors.
Collaborate with Head office for new tender notifications and timely submission of the same.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

المهارات
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 15-20 years of experience in Construction and MEP industry with a proven track record of success in business development.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 15-20 years of experience in Construction / MEP Field
Well versed with Saudi construction market
Proven track record of success in business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Ability to travel as needed
Bilingual communication preferred
