Review and optimization of design drawings; Review and submission of materials involved and requirements for construction quality;
Work arrangement of professional engineers, monthly and weekly plan reports
Coordination of drawings of all disciplines
Technical control of long-period materials of all disciplines
Technical communication and coordination with the Client’s design institute supervisor
Other work arranged by project management
المهارات
Familiar with Saudi construction specifications, etc,
Be familiar with the preparation and submission of construction schemes of various disciplines
Proficient in using engineering software, such as Auto CAD and other professional software.
Experience in more than 7 projects such as housing construction and steel structure is preferred, and no less than 3 large-scale housing construction or steel structure projects
More than 15 years of technical manager experience
