Developing and implementing food safety programs that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential food safety hazards
Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate food safety risks
Ensuring that all employees receive training on food safety policies and procedures
Conducting regular food safety audits and inspections
Developing and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Analyzing and reporting on food safety performance and making data-driven decisions
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field
1+ years of experience in food safety, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful food safety programs
Excellent communication and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
