الوصف الوظيفي Within the framework of the supply chain objectives, procedures, and yearly action plans: • Coordinate forecast activities, sustainable maturity levels of demand management process to support the core commercial cycle & supply chain operating model. • Support Demand Planning systems (Oracle / SAP) to ensure that data integrity and flow into supply systems is maintained • Manage flow of information between Demand and all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities and Assignments: • Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with company’s policies, procedures, standards systems and tools for Inventory management in line with the SC - PFC strategic operations • Collect forecast inputs on monthly basis (sales plan – inventory level by SKU – goods in transit – lead time – safety stock … etc.) • Track Key KPI’s and root cause / track corrective action plans at the SKU level. • Assist in the product retirement and new product introduction process • Timely preparation of statistical forecast • Regular cooperation with stakeholders to understand business environment and align statistical forecast • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities. • Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management. • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner. المهارات • 2+ years of experience in demand planning or a similar role. • Advanced level of Excel skills required. • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures. • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge. • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/demand-planning-coordinator-4667898/ |
