Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Writes up and posts job descriptions for career websites.
Organize candidates’ data.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conducts phone interviews with individuals to assess their qualifications and fit for a company.
Coordinate and schedule candidates’ interviews, meetings and maintain agendas.
Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback.
Perform background and reference check.
Maintain digital and electronic records of candidates.
Follow the onboarding cycle and make sure to fulfil all new joiners’ requirements and inductions.
Prepare reports (Weekly & Monthly).
Fulfil all the vacant position as per the MPP and closed replacement positions with achieving minimum 90%.
Work with line Manager on recruiting planning.
Conduct exit interviews.
Attend and coordinate recruiting-related activities such as professional and college career fairs when needed.
Issue.
Prepare job offer letter & fill recruitment forms.
Any things related to HR and requested by line Manager.
Update the recruitment tracker.
