الوصف الوظيفي • Follow up on the purchase orders issued by the branch manager and ensure receipt • Follow up on account statements with suppliers and match them with received invoices • Provide samples for all required materials whether equipment, food or tools with quotes and alternatives • Maintain and submit lists of materials, suppliers and prices upon request • Keep up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices • Preparing the purchase plan and following up the inventory at the branches to ensure that there is no inventory defect • Ensure that contracts with suppliers are secured on an ongoing basis to limit cash purchases as much as possible المهارات o Ability to form effective working relationships with suppliers o Computer skills and Microsoft (Excel program) o Flexibility o Negotiation, communication and comparison skills o Proficiency in Arabic and English speaking, writing and reading تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/trading-procurement-officer-4665896/ |
