Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head of Copywriting to lead our team of copywriters and manage the overall copywriting process for the company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Arabic and English copywriting and the ability to manage and motivate a team to produce high-quality, engaging, and compelling copy across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the copywriting team and managing their workload to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Develop and implement best practices, processes, and guidelines for copywriting to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and design, to understand project requirements and ensure copywriting aligns with overall brand and marketing strategies.
Review and approve all copywriting work the team produces, ensuring quality control is always met.
Mentor and coach team members, providing constructive feedback and support to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Manage the team’s budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in copywriting, and implement new techniques and strategies as appropriate.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head of Copywriting or a similar leadership role in the field.
Excellent Arabic and English writing skills, with the ability to write in various styles and for different platforms.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of copywriters.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to review and approve copy to a high standard.
Ability to develop and implement processes, guidelines, and best practices for copywriting.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with other departments.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
