Forklift Driver

الوصف الوظيفي
JOB PURPOSE

Loading and unloading items, moving goods from one place to another, maintaining inventories, storing products, and keeping the working area clean and safe.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Inbound offloading of all frozen raw materials.
Loading and maintain finish product in tracking system.
Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment
Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines
Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
In charge in daily stocks arrangement.

المهارات
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Must have a valid driver’s license with the acceptable driving record
High school diploma/GED required
2+ years’ experience operating powered forklifts
Knowledge of various material-handling equipment an asset
understanding of regulations
Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace
Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Ability to produce excellent results in high-pressure situations.
Ability to speak and write in English
Ability to spend long hours
Customer support attitude
A positive team player

Ability to work under pressure efficiently
Follows through on all assignments and commitments, completing them in a timely and reliable manner; consistently, in all cases, makes others aware task/ assignment status.
