Venue coordinators are responsible for the day-to-day operations of their venue. They ensure that everything is in place and ready to go for events, meetings, parties, etc. They may also be responsible for managing vendors or other outside contractors who provide services at their venue.
Creating a detailed list of event requirements including guest lists, catering needs, entertainment requirements, and decorations
Coordinating with the venue staff to ensure that all preparations are made for an event
Managing the budget for an event to ensure that costs stay within the planned budget limits
Ensuring that all staff members have been hired and trained to provide quality service to event attendees
Managing the day-to-day operations of an event by overseeing all setup, breakdown, and other activities to ensure a smooth event flow
Arranging for all audio visual equipment to be available during an event
Managing guest lists, including adding new names as needed and removing uninvited guests
Coordinating with catering staff to ensure that meals are prepared properly and on time

Should have good Speaking skills in Arabic and English
Saudi Nationality, leaves in Jeddah.
Contract is project base.
Good skills in Microsoft Excel.
Almost 3 years experience in the related field
