Responsibilities
Performs personnel administration activities and assists in providing a wide range of HR support and guidance
Create, implement, and evaluate all HR policies, procedures, and structures
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire guides
Assist with the new hire onboarding and orientation programs
Facilitate the employee’s annual performance reviews
Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated in the HR system, GOSI, and Government portals
Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
Help with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
المهارات
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Law
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of the hiring process
Expertise in HR policies and procedures and understanding HR best practices
