الوصف الوظيفي Oversee all property facility management. Create and update the property-specific operating policies and procedures and follow through with enforcement. Prepare and deliver operational performance reports to the Facility Management Officer as required on a regular basis. Assist the Facility Management Officer in the development of and compliance with the property’s emergency planning and business resumption plan, reviewing and updating as necessary to ensure optimum effectiveness. Ensure compliance with the properties’ operational policies and procedures where applicable. Oversee all accident and incident reporting, including insurance and statutory forms and procedures. Motivate the personnel to achieve required standards. Any other technical or operational duties reasonably requested by the Facility Management Officer. JOB PURPOSE · Direct activities as per the plans from the FM Officer for hard and soft services for Schools. · Manage & control manpower working on site. · To assist FM Officer in carrying out projects development and improvement works by proper implementation of action plans matching with their time frames. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES · Supervise property management services including maintenance of building and mechanical systems, janitorial service and supplies that require the highest level of service delivery · Supervise daily operations of facilities in all areas of workplace · Responsible for the day-to-day facility-related operations, with budget accountability · Supervise new proposed & maintenance ongoing project work · Supervise waste management operation · Coordinate and Supervise all operational management systems including preventive and corrective maintenance, term contract works, unscheduled maintenance · Ensuring that facilities and property related works and projects are executed within budget guidelines · Checking implementation of safety rules by PMD manpower by acting as HSE champion. · Preform Asset maintenance and required checks · Supervise registration and control of the assets · Supervise HSE within FM Operations · Apply all approved policies and procedures by the management/company · Prepare an incident report. المهارات · Engineering degree or equivalent · Minimum 2 years of experience in Facility Management and experience on project maintenance e.g. planned, corrective, emergency · Communicate in Arabic and English (written/oral). · Computer skills · Good communication skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/fm-engineer-4421828/ |
