الوصف الوظيفي Carrying out capability assessments across the organization Designing blended learning solutions Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD) Facilitating learning interventions Creating a coaching culture in the organization Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees. Develop required RFPs, ensured approval of business owners, and shared with shortlisted vendors Manage relationship with vendors, evaluate proposals, negotiate, and propose recommendations to decision makers Work closely with vendors and departments to customize and map training programs with defined competencies Co-develop training programs’ required budget and logistics plan, aligned with decision makers for necessary approvals Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos. Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. المهارات Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training and Development, or a related field required.
