Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned markets.
Manage regional sales pipeline and follow sales strategy to rapidly expand our footprint in new markets.
Provides information to Dept Head/ Manager- Sales reports, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Ensure customer engagement by proactively identifying any roadblock; -Travel abroad to visit branches, attend & organized events, regional sales meetings, etc. as needed.
Understanding market requirements, demand factors and making ongoing recommendations to our supply chain and factory department for products in demand, by clearly providing purchase targets.
Ensuring strict risk management and contingency planning
Coordinate with the warehouse for the needed product quantities for all stores.
Responsible for the merchandising of the store, Product layout, and check product quality.
Categories the stores for goods received targets, damages, and staffing.
Recommends ways to increase profitability, store layout, display, product line, etc.
Assists in the management of special projects and events.
Perform other duties as the Job needed or assigned by the reporting manager.
Supporting the Sales department.
Providing overall guidance to newly recruited Sales Representatives.
Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made. potential and existing customers as well as sales employee performance evaluation.
Assisting newly recruited or less experienced sales representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
Analyzing Sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
Conducting in-depth research on competitor’s products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
Have a Minimum of 7 years of experience in retails.
Proven sales management experience.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
