الوصف الوظيفي The Sales Manager is responsible for putting the strategic plan to improve the sales activities through collaboration with the marketing department in order to increase the profitability through managing the sales team activities as such as Responsibilities and Tasks: · Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned markets. · Manage regional sales pipeline and follow sales strategy to rapidly expand our footprint in new markets. · Conducts negotiations, agrees, and sets the objectives and commercial terms to ensure strong performance with the assigned or new clients. · Prospect and develop sales opportunities at existing major customers. · Provides information to Dept Head/ Manager- Sales reports, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends · Ensure customer engagement by proactively identifying any roadblock; -Travel abroad to visit branches, attend & organized events, regional sales meetings, etc. as needed. · Understanding market requirements, demand factors and making ongoing recommendations to our supply chain and factory department for products in demand, by clearly providing purchase targets. · Ensuring strict risk management and contingency planning · Create and implementing operation Policies and procedures.
