To effectively carry out duties assigned in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties assigned can include any of the following responsibilities:

Receivables Accounting, Payable accounting, cash management, and General Ledger accounting.

- Key Accountability:

· Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

· Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

· Accurately reconcile financial transactions and balances in the company records to supporting documentation.

· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.

· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

· Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

· Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

· To be an efficient team player that can contribute to the timely delivery of accurate accounting deliverables.

· To maintain compliance with company policies in the area assigned, proactive in seeking solutions to arising problems.

· To ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the company financial ledgers.

· Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

· Handling financial transactions by auditing documents.

· Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data Accountant with

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills.
Willingness to accept additional assignments.
Strong organization skills, essential to timely processing and effective maintenance of supporting documentation.
Strong Analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Experience in retail or restaurant accounting
Able to sit for an extended period
Creating financial statements to determine financial health including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
CPA
Good knowledge of procurement & purchasing of supplies for the restaurant
Cost control
Saudis Preferred
