Operations Coordinator

الوصف الوظيفي
-Making Demo/ Trial Reports (Reports that include which products were used, in which areas, before and after pictures, cleaning problems and how they were solved, etc.)

-Preparing samples for sales people to be used for demos/ trials.

-Recording pictures taken in demos/ trials and device installations.

- Attend demos and trials of products with sales people

-Regular old and new clients visits as after sales follow

-Product Replacement tables (Innu Science products VS. products used by the client)

-Overseeing the operations team and assigning tasks.

-Training new employees and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.

-Interacting with customers and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues.

-Tracking and reporting on operational performance

- devices stock (The quantity of devices and cleaning tools provided for the client)

-Product Analysis (The products sold for each client according to the invoices issued)

-Sample request (The quantity of free samples used in product trial or given free for a client)

-Training Cleaners/ Supervisors on the usage of the products

-Managing day-to-day operations

Denitrifying ways to improve customer experiences.

Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.

المهارات
· High school diploma or GED.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role.
Project management and leadership experience.
Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
Strong people management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Detail-oriented.
