الوصف الوظيفي Company Name: Panda Functional Accountabilities: ▪ Develop and document the FFN & FFL strategy in line with the overall company positioning ensuring its relevance to latest trends and target customer. ▪ Develop in conjunction with the Fresh category managers a development road map that supports the various categories strategy and Panda’s ambition to be the undisputed leader in food for now and later. ▪ Develop an array of customer centric products targeted for specific customer segments and store tiers that allow the appropriate deployment within Panda’s network across the various fresh departments ▪ Determine the optimal production scenario for the various products and where necessary form strategic relationships with suppliers ▪ Evaluate supplier capability, consistency, cost of production as well as adherence to Panda’s quality standards and regulations ▪ Keep abreast of local as well as international trends, products and concepts and evaluate feasibility for trial within KSA market. ▪ Develop concepts that will offer differential to Panda in the supermarket channel and identify amongst others the required manpower, skills, equipment, regulatory requirements as well as training to successfully execute the concept. ▪ Develop and document the required NPI process aligned with the existing corporate NPI process addressing all the elements in the value chain to ensure speed to market as well as successful product launches. ▪ Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and Supply chain to ensure successful product launches. ▪ Establish the manpower requirements and technical skills required to execute the products and concepts and develop in conjunction with HR the relevant training material to upskill staff. ▪ Ensure that the required SOP’s are developed where necessary to allow effective in store execution. ▪ Ensure alignment with the Quality Assurance team for all activities whether within the stores or through external parties. ▪ Send periodic update in line with respective governance and SOPs ▪ Develop the appropriate brand strategy for the various product ranges and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders. المهارات ▪ A minimum of 7-8 year of experience in fresh food product and concept development within a retail environment and exposure within production facility would be advantageous. ▪ Experience within the GCC countries would be advantageous. ▪ Ability to maintain an effective stakeholder management across the organization and 3rd parties. ▪ Preferably an international work experience with exposure to retail industry ▪ Strong commercial knowledge and experience. ▪ Excellent leadership and people management skills ▪ Excellent Presentation skills ▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ▪ Strong conflict management and negotiation ▪ Strong problem-solving skills ▪ Openness to change and willingness to act as a change champion.
