Responsible for the development & implementation of marketing strategies & plans. You will be the custodian marketing company products successfully to ensuring the continued growth & retention of customers & the achievement of revenue targets to ensure the organization remains sustainable & independent. Working closely with all departments & managing digital channels, the post holder has responsibility for capturing & analyzing market intelligence to improve audience targeting & engagement & inform evidence-based decision making by the senior management team & colleagues across the organization.
Mission
To maximize the brand & product awareness staying ahead of competition and perfecting customer service for retail/online to eventually increase revenue both online/offline.
Duties & Responsibilities
Understanding & developing budgets & financials, including expenditures, research & development appropriations, return-on-investment & profit-loss projections for marketing.
Creating a yearly super marketing plan and communicating it both internally/externally
Developing yearly promotions with Category Managers/Operations and managing execution across all channels (online/stores) and reporting on performance.
Building brand awareness & positioning, while managing reputation online/offline.
Supporting sales & lead generation efforts for wholesale/retail and online
Organizing company conferences, trade shows & major events.
Overseeing the development of brand stories across all stores working alongside management direction and VM to provide support whenever needed.
Researching demand for our products & services & competitor research.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Reduce customer complaints and ensure customer service staff reflecting quality standards at all times.
Manage customer service staff and ensure closure off all tickets opened and resolve all issues within24 hrs. maximum.
