The marketing Operation Manager is responsible for all marketing and business operations tasks. He/she and the dedicated or shared teams should be working in collaboration with the other department’s sections to achieve the department goals. His/her tasks should be: - Setting the Strategy with the dept. manager
Setting the plan and budget with the dept. manager
Building the group database that should be used for the department and other companies/divisions
Content creation including copywriting, photography, and videography - Direct and manage all marketing operations tasks
Hiring, developing, and inspiring marketing operations and customer relations team - Products/services marketing
Develop and implement inbound marketing operations strategies including email, digital, and social media aimed at improving the efficiency of the entire go-to-market organization
Direct and manage customer nurturing tasks and maintain customer response operations by establishing work schedules and providing back-up
Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments and participating with and providing resources to sales/business development teams
Keeps management informed by preparing reports, preparing presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations
Oversees brand data and analytics and emerging market trends to strategize ways to increase market share
Works with vendors to deliver physical manufacture and delivery of marketing materials and assets to clients and the public
Negotiates contracts for advertising, marketing, and promotions
Set up, test, and support marketing automation integrations and enable the marketing team to leverage new capabilities
Market research, segmentation, analysis, and business intelligence tools tracking - CRM implementation and follow up with all CRM marketing module tasks - Establish training and best practices to advance marketing automation skills across the marketing & Communication department
Work with the Marketing team to develop a best-in-class operations strategy that supports Marketing’s performance goals
Create and maintain centralized documentation for standard operating procedures involving marketing automation, data, and processes

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
Minimum 4 years of marketing experience
Previous management or supervisory experience
