Identify current & future manpower requirements and recommend long & short term Manpower plans taking into account projected growth & expansion of various Functions/ departments.
Utilize strategic workforce planning to forecast and plan for talent mobility and create pipelines of talent.
Plan, design, develop, coordinate, and directs the conduct of training of all categories of employees.
Determine general and functional supervisory, management, and executive training goals of the company in cooperation with supervisors and top management.
Build, direct, manage, and ensure implementation and effectiveness of the company’s Performance Management system.
Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes and individual performances and identify and manage operational risks, and effect organizational change.
Oversees the development and implementation of agency core competencies, core values, and key performance measures into a performance appraisal system
Contribute to the development and implementation of the enterprise-wide core career path model
Facilitate the succession planning process. Prepare a succession plan and update the plan every year.
Involve in the identification, assessment, development planning, and review of successors to key positions.
Maintain, review and update the Human Resources Information Management database of staff skills (individual profile) for the purposes of training and career development.
Participate in the development of policies and strategies for the company’s training and development, performance management, and other company-wide/departmental issues.
Develop and recommends an appropriate annual budget for the training & development and other expenses of the department.
Prepare and submit reports on HR planning, training & development, performance management, and related issues to the concerned bodies.
Perform Other activities as required.

QUALIFICATION
BA Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Business Management, & Management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience for BA Degree in HR function preferably in HR Planning,
Performance Management (BSC), and Training & Development activities out of which 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
