Responsibilities:- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.- Represent company services professionally and successfully, resulting in repeat business and a positive customer service experience.- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.- Coordinate internally with the involved departments to ensure a smooth handling of the customer’s requirements.- Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails.- Provide targeted, customized sales strategies.- Analyze local business opportunities and challenges.- Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.- Report on sales results (monthly, quarterly, and annually).- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.- Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services.- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
المهارات
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred.- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.- Fluency in English.- Strong negotiation and sales skills.- Work well under pressure.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to deal with different customers & how to convince them.- Time management.- Able to prioritize effectively and manage deadlines.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
