Chief Operating Officer

Objectives:

Our client is a leading company in the contracting/construction field, is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to plan and direct the ongoing operations and processes of the company operations and projects, control various business operations and implement the company’s strategic initiatives, handle the internal affairs of the operation, build teams to achieve these goals, create reports to inform the Chief Executive Officer and other stakeholders of the company’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Projects execution, Maintenance, HSE, Procurement, Warehouse, Interior design)
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Manage relationships with partners/vendor
المهارات
Preferably BS degree in engineering
PMO or PMP is a plus
15 years of experience in contacting companies in similar position
Honest and dynamic
Risk analysis and management
Financial record keeping
Self-motivation, determination, and confidence
Analytical skills
Meticulous attention to details
Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
Excellent problem-solving skills
