الوصف الوظيفي 2- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for business opportunities. 3- Building and maintaining the institution’s relationships to achieve higher profits. 4- Monitor and control the performance of commercial activities using various measurement tools 5- Preparing and submitting periodic reports to senior management. 6- Assist in setting financial goals and budgeting and monitoring. 7- Structure and lead teams to deliver outstanding client work. 8- Build and maintain strong client relationships; exceptional relationship-builder. 9- Develop thought leadership around specific topics/emerging practice areas. 10- Partner with the ED in essential internal firm leadership activities (human resources, administration, and organizational planning). 11- Manage increasing segments of information technology, human resources (recruiting, reviews, staff deployment/workload balancing, career progression) with related internal communications and budgeting/finance duties. 12- Identify best practices and improve internal systems with an eye toward future needs and budget realities. 13- Mentoring, coaching; visible, approachable sounding board/resource 14- Manage all communication for organization in coordination with executive director according to timeframe and manage all programs for foundations and community organization and monitor staff for all company programs. 15- Coordinate with the company’s executive director in preparing long-term strategies to achieve organizational goals. 16- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. 17- Monitor attainment of objectives. 18- Ensure cost control activities; monitors revenues and expenditures in assigned area to assure sound financial control; assures effective and efficient use of budgeted funds, materials, facilities and time. 19- Establish work procedures, schedules and workflow to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations. 20- Provides leadership and direction in the execution of short and long range plans and coordinates inter-department functional activities. 21- Provides professional advice to the MD including financial conditions, current and future needs المهارات Monitoring - Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
