Meet personal and team sales targets.
Identify new construction project opportunities and follow up with the Architects, Investors, Contractors, Developer and other key specifiers & influencers.
Maintain and defend specifications through the construction supply chain until receipt of an order.
Regular customer and prospect visits, with clear objective, minutes, action plan and outcome of the meeting with post-sales activities.
Collect and share market information such as economic and construction market trends, with focus on sandwich panel market.
المهارات
Min. 5 years of experience working on similar positions with architects and/or specifiers in the building materials sector, preferably facade systems.
Proven sales track record. An experience of successfully dealing with Architects, Investors, Contractors, Developers and other key specifiers & influencers is a distinct advantage.
Panel product knowledge and previous B2B sales experience in the construction (or similar) industry is an advantage.
Highly motivated self-driver.
Result-oriented, hands-on and able to translate plans into actions whilst keeping in mind the big picture.
Proven organizational skills and outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
English language (min. Intermediate level)
