الوصف الوظيفي Some of Responsibilities: • Customer assistance, information and management on board of the trains in Station platforms and paid areas. • Customer flows and access control management and supervision. • Supervision of the provision of services on board of the trains according to the procedures and specifications of the services to be provided, guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of these services, especially as regards refers to catering services and cafeteria. • Supervision of the correct arrangement of the trains for the provision of commercial service. • Supervision of the tickets and seats assignment as well as incident resolution. • Trains on board Customer assistance systems operation: PAS, PIS, multimedia, Air Conditioning; etc. • Management of tickets sales on board of the trains. • Ensure the linkage, coordination and information flow with the Station Operations Management and the Station Operations Supervisor at the Operations Control Center (OCC), as well as the timely and accurate implementation of their instructions (as required). • Coordinate the commercial operation (services to passengers) on board of the trains with security and civil protection functions and staff, as well as coordination with OCC staff in charge. المهارات • Fluent in English. • Minimum age is 20 years old and the maximum is 30 years old. • Medically fit for this demanding role. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/commercial-operator-on-board-4513042/ |
