الوصف الوظيفي Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions. Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments. Recording patient vital signs and medical information. Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Administering non-intravenous medications. Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements. Applying critical-thinking skills in assessment of patient’s health, detecting changes in symptoms, and taking appropriate action for patient recovery Promotes patient’s independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient and their families to understand the condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions. Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division’s philosophies and standards of care set by Regulatory Authority and the company. Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. Coordinates with physicians and other healthcare professionals for establishing treatment care plans. Assisting doctors, carrying out physician’s orders, administering medications and treatments, including wound care, and operating medical equipment. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel. Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations. Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Participates in in-service programs. Complies with all safety, health, and quality control programs and procedures as applicable. Adhering to the protocols, norms, rules, and regulations in order to maintain complete medical record. Requirements: Minimum Experience: 2 years Bachelor Degree in Nursing with MOH license. Basic computer skills. Professional, friendly attitude. Experience in home health care is a plus.
